Our hotel room was spacious and clean with street view that was amazing during the night. The room had cleaning service every day. Staff was really nice, we had parking inside the building. The breakfast was the think i didn’t enjoyed, because was same every day, and for example every day i had boiled egg every day, and i prefer scrambled or omlette. Overall, the accomodation was pleasant.

I would like to share my concerns regarding this hotel’s advertised five-star rating. Based on my experience, the overall service was closer to a three-star standard. Upon arrival, we were unexpectedly required to pay a cash deposit, which had not been clearly communicated when booking through Expedia. While the reception staff were generally friendly and helpful, communication in English was sometimes difficult. The main issue was housekeeping. The room, especially the bathroom and toilet, was not cleaned properly, and basic amenities such as shampoo and body wash were not provided, forcing us to purchase them ourselves. During the last two days, the hallway carpets were cleaned with strong chemicals while guests were still occupying the floor. The smell was particularly uncomfortable as we were travelling with seniors, including individuals with respiratory sensitivities. Breakfast was reasonably good but very repetitive, especially during our 11–12 day stay. Overall, the cleanliness, amenities, and level of service did not meet my expectations for a five-star hotel. I previously raised these concerns but received no response, and I would appreciate Expedia reviewing this property and its advertised rating.

The hotel was more of a 4 star than 5 star. I had the most uncomfortable sleep as the mattress was too soft, too lumpy, and sagging. I complained and they showed me two other rooms, but it turned out all their mattresses in all rooms are quite soft, lumpy, and sagging. Luckily I was there only for three nights. Otherwise everything else was very good considering how much I paid.

Perfect but One issue I experienced was the lack of communication regarding the airport transfer. I received a message through the Pedia app offering a VIP transfer for €70. I replied that I did not need the VIP service and asked whether the hotel offered a free transfer, but unfortunately, I never received a response.

My room was not clean. Pillow cases were dirty. Dust covered all the surfaces. But when I complained, they came and cleaned. They also changed the pillow cases. The worst part was the underground parking. It was very difficult to get in and out.
