This is the second time we stayed at this property inspite of the higher hotel fare as compared to last year stay. The staff was very helpful, we liked the breakfast and also received a free room upgrade.The hotel is close to many tourist sites and is in walkable distance to many mosques . Would highly recommend to friends and families looking for a pleasant and relaxing vacation in Istanbul.

Nice hotel close to everything
This was a great hotel, spacious room, comfortable bed, clean with cleaning service every day. Bugget breakfast was good in the rooftop terrace with a fabulius view. Close to everything, lots of restaurants, shops and attractions.

Close to many attractions and clean, breakfast with a view. Do not order the car service from the hotel, I did and the charged me $59.00 and the going rate for a VP pickup from a travel agency was $35.00. Everything else was great.

Fantastic location!
Wonderful Hotel in the best location of Istanbul. This area is in the old town so it looks like a fairytale, very quite and secure at night with lots of rest around. The breakfast was good and the hotel service 5⭐️ I would recommend to stay here without a doubt.

I stayed in this property with my wife and kid for a two weeks vacation.The hotel is in great location, well maintained and cleaned and the staff was very helpful, courteous and always at your call when needed.Wont exaggerate if I say this was the best hotel accommodation I ever had. The property is in a good touristy spot with lots of dinners and at stones throw away distance to blue mosque and ayasofia mosque. The manager and the staff was very kind which made our stay very pleasant, aways greeting the guests, willing to guide you with all the information you need as a tourist, and on our last day they even helped us with our luggages to the car which was totally unexpected. Forgot to mention they have a good a breakfast.This is a nice hotel for everyone and I would highly recommend this to anyone who is visiting Istanbul. The only problem we had we could hear people talking outside of the hotel and that occasionally bothered us during our sleep. Guess nothing can be done to stop that. Other than this one issue, we had a pleasant stay and would definitely go back to the hotel again in 2023 for our next scheduled trip to Istanbul.

This is a small hotel with about 18 rooms, which has a lovely atmosphere. We got an excellent room on the 5th floor with sea view! It had a bed for the parents and a couch which opened to a queen size bed for the kids. The room was very clean and comfortable, even though minor maintenance issue were not addressed (eg replacing the hose in the shower). Breakfast was tasty and healthy (eggs, one type of meat, some pastries, Turkish breads, fresh vegetables salads etc). Food variety is more limited in comparison to large commercial hotels, but the cooking staff was happy to provide us a boiled my wife needed for her diet. The cooks speak Turkish, but not English. Perhaps small English signs describing the ingredients near the cooked food and salads could be helpful to bridge the language gap. I strongly recommend this hotel, which provides full value for money.

Aren Suites is an excellent hotel. Its location is perfect, close to mosques, train, Grand Bazaar and different restaurants. It is a safe hotel. Their breakfast is tasty and you have a spectacular view! All your staff is excellent. They are aware of all the details and help you immediately. My second year there and I will return. The manager is a love! My friends was fascinated with the place.Best rate for them!

I booked this for my parents and they couldn’t have been happier. It was their first time so I wanted to make sure the trip went a smooth sail.Mehmet is an outstanding host and a manager.He was always ready to reply to my concerns and suggestions to what they my parents can do around the place. Booked room with sea view when arrived gave me another room and the room with the view will be available next night moved in next night and had to go to another room the day after. 3 nights 3 different rooms. Found a good role of hair on the floor with nails. It’s not professional to have such a service. Shower towels are very old and very surprised how do they present it in the shower. Turn the AC ON and will take another 1 to 2 hours to cool the room down. Some time you have to call them to come up and turned it on. The only good thing was the breakfast view. I can do much better than that if i had a house at the same location.

Dear Sabah Aziz We are very disappointed as you are not reflecting the truth about your reservation. You had booked for four nights for a room without sea view. On arrival to the hotel, you said you will check out next day as your hair transplant clinic had booked you another hotel. On the next day, you came to the reception and said you will continue your stay if we give you a room on 5th floor. We agreed all your requests and you checked out on the third day. So you stayed for two nights not three and we didn't force you to move to another room. It was your request and we did whatever you asked. Regards

Room was very clean and well-kept. Location is great close to a lot of landmarks walking distance. Restaurant on roof had a nice view but I was not a big fan of the food. We stayed in the summer and the roof seating could’ve used more shade.

It is a good place to stay. Staff was also nice. The only two downsides are, that the tram station is a little far, about 10-15 min walk and Sultanahmet is an expensive place to stay because of Tourist attractions
