The reception never answerd calls. When I asked for a simlle printout never gave me one. There was cops jn permise and the staff interrogated me did I call the cops !!!like what the hell was that insult for !???expedia stated during booking there was a pool but there was no pool I should get refunds for such threat and mistreatment and expedia is getting worst everyday

Worst customer service I have paid like 250 bucks and they said they don’t provide water in the room .. no answer for room service either and when answered after 30 minutes, reply was oh i am the only person at front checking in people .. so what this is not my problem.. atleast answer the damn call.. i am going to give 0 star if possible.
