"This hotel is in an old palazzo, refitted to be small apartments. Ours had a bedroom and kitchen with a table for four. But no sitting area... there was one adjacent to our apartment but open to all guests. Also, they don't warn you that there is a 40 euro charge for using the kitchen. Breakfast was OK but nothing special compared with others we had on our trip. But the real issue is Ispica. There is nothing to recommend the town... limited sites and restaurants. "Stayed for 3 nites Air Conditioner was broke and not working the first night but they brought us a fan which helped and they fixed it the next morning. Breakfast was great the first morning and went downhill from there- $8.00 per person. Probably not worth it but the coffee was good. No cafe near by. Shower great. Staff helpful. Old building in not a very pretty area but safe enough. Elevator helpful for luggage. Great restaurants on the beach. "
