With a view of the sea and completely refurbished in 2024, the villa "Kennedy" in Ispica is perfect for a relaxing holiday. This 100 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet, and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, and air conditioning. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.
Your private outdoor area includes a private pool (freshly built in 2025) covered terrace, a balcony, and a barbecue. A shared outdoor area, consisting of an open terrace, is also available for your use. Enjoy relaxing sea views while preparing a healthy meal for your family!
