Freshly painted and newly decorated, this condo features 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, with access to the private Mariners Walk pool just steps away and the beach only a few minutes' walk. Upon entering the condo, you are greeted with an open concept living space. Relax in the spacious living room after a long beach day or enjoy entertaining and dining in the open dining and kitchen area. The patio door leads to the sundeck, where you can sip your coffee while enjoying the sea breeze and stunning views. The bedrooms are located on the second floor.
