Take advantage of the sun and sand with a dip in the community pool or a day on the beach from one of the private condo complex beach access paths. This beautiful beach getaway features a spacious screened porch and a "widow's walk" with incredible views overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The well-appointed kitchen with plenty of cooking utensils. Gather for your morning coffee or your evening supper around the four-person dining table splashed with loads of sunlight. Sleeping accommodations for up to four guests. The master bedroom features a king bed with a brand new mattress as of March 2024, and the living room is appointed with a queen Lazy Boy Air Dream sleeper sofa. With your rental, you'll have access to the Port O' Call Community Pool and charcoal grill. Wi-Fi, Smart TV with Xfinity streaming. \*\*ATTENTION GUESTS: During high tide there is minimal beach available for beach walking or lounging.
