'Dolphin View' - 202 Palm Blvd, is ideally situated on the Isle of Palms, near Sullivan's Island and Breach Inlet. This home features many luxury upgrades such as natural heart pinewood flooring, built-in bunk beds, gourmet kitchen, private pool, hot tub (heated for a fee) and rooftop terrace with spectacular views of Hamlin Creek, the Intracoastal waterway.
This home provides the perfect space for entertaining and spending time with family or friends. Located in the private, fenced in back yard, guests can enjoy the use of their private, in-ground pool and hot tub (heated for a fee). The pool and backyard area creates the perfect place to relax or grill out. When guests are finished swimming in the pool, they can enjoy sand and sea with just a short walk down to the ocean. A golf cart is available to rent and is located at the home already with an easy to use QR code to start it.

We manage cleaning and maintenance staffs to ensure the highest quality service. Our concierge services can help you organize private chefs, massage therapists and all the best that Isle of Palms has to offer.

--Policy--
We require the first half of your rental amount at the time of booking. The remainder of your rental amount will be due 45 days prior to your arrival. If you book within 45 days of your intended arrival, full payment is due at booking.

We offer travel insurance to all of our guests through Red Sky. Red Sky specializes in the Isle of Palms area and covers you in the occurrence of a mandatory evacuation, medical emergencies, loss of a family member, loss of job, etc. The cost is 6.95% of your rental cost. Please email for exact cost. We recommend getting travel insurance through us. VRBO/Homeaway will also sell their own version through CSA. We also offer a new kind of travel insurance, called Cancel for Any Reason through Rental Guardian, and is 10.8% of the total. You will be covered for all of the main travel insurance emergencies as well. If you make a claim that falls under the main travel insurance, you will get 100% back (minus premium), but if you decide to cancel for a reason not covered, then you will get 60% back (minus premium)

Each reservation is charged a $500 refundable security deposit. The security deposit will be run in the week leading up to your arrival, and will be fully refunded within 30 days of your departure after we have inspected the home for any major damages. Sometimes this is done and returned quicker than 30days. This security deposit is not included in your quoted rate on VRBO/Homeaway.

Pets are allowed with pre- approval. We limit it to one large dog or two small, but may make an exception. There is a pet fee of $282.50 per pet. VRBO only allows one pet fee to be added, so please let us know how many pets you have in the notes when you reserve and we will make sure to add it to the contract before you sign.

--Cancellation Policy--
We Highly recommend purchasing travel insurance (Red Sky or Cancel for Any Reason through Rental Guardian). If you do not have it or are cancelling for a reason not covered, then our cancellation policy will occur.

1. Red Sky travel insurance- 6.95% of rental total and you get 100% back (minus premium):

-You, a Family Member, a Traveling Companion, or a Traveling Companion's Family Member are covered if they get COVID-19 (or any illness) and prevents you from coming. Any illness that causes cancellation/interruption and has an Attending Physician's Statement evidencing the diagnosis and doctor ordered travel restriction is covered.

- You, a Family Member, a Traveling Companion, or a Traveling Companion's Family Member are covered if they are medically quarantined by a doctor with a letter from the Health Department.

- You, a Family Member, a Traveling Companion, or a Traveling Companion's Family Member are covered if they experience loss of job due to COVID-19 or any other reason (must be employed over a year and can't be self-employed).

-Other covered reasons include, but not limited to- Mandatory evacuation due to Hurricane, injury or death, flight delay due to weather, car accident , extension of school year, and more.

2. Rental Guardian “Cancel for Any Reason”- 10.8% of rental total and you get 60% back (minus premium):

-You can cancel for ANY reason up until 2 days prior to your reservation start date. If you are booking 10days prior to your start date, then you cannot add this insurance.

-If you cancel for a reason covered by the normal travel insurance plan above, like, mandatory evacuation, injury or death, sickness, etc. then, you will still have the normal travel insurance coverage as well and would be paid out at 100% (minus premium).

*Please ask us (Exclusive Properties) about where and how to purchase this CFAR travel insurance.

Our cancellation policy if you do not have Travel Insurance or if you cancel for a reason not covered states:

Guest cancellation must be in writing and balance paid in full. If you cancel your reservation, all monies will be held until the property has been rebooked and confirmed for the same rental period for the same rate. There are NO exceptions. If the property is rebooked for only part of the rental period or for a reduced rate for the reserved days, your deposit will be refunded minus any uncollected rent for the rental period, guest cancellations are subject to a cancellation processing fee of $250, and 10% of the rental. If the property rebooks, you can move your funds (less any discount or unpaid rent) at 100% to dates in the future within 1 year of original check in date. If the property isn't rebooked all monies will be forfeited.

Solid House But Not Worth It

House was great with a fun location ( views of creek and only 3 blocks from beach walks). Too bad elevator, hot tub were not running ( booked this house specific for these two as I am arthritic and stairs are tough for me).

Great house, amazing location/views

We loved our stay in Isle of Palms; the house was incredible, and it was located in a great area for exploring both the Isle and Sullivan's Island. The view from the roof deck is a 10/10. The property managers made it incredibly easy to check in and were very responsive when the hot tub wasn't working properly and sent someone over quickly to fix it. Would rent again!

Lovely home & excellent location

We had a great time at Dolphin View & really enjoyed the house & pool. Location is great & an easy walk to the beach. I just wish there was a larger dining table inside & outside. We were just a family of 7 & struggled to have a sit down meal altogether. The upstairs private roof was very enjoyable of an evening, the sea breeze was delightful. We are always thankful for allowing our furry family member to join us. Thank for having us!

Amazing Stay

Loved this property. Home was clean and had anything we needed. The pool and hot tub were great with lots of toys to enjoy while swimming. The bar area was equipped with fans so we could stay cool while not in the water. Location was a short walk to the beach so we were able to enjoy morning walks, afternoon sun and evening strolls. The sunset from the upper deck was nothing short of spectacular. My only feedback was that with a house so large, more seating in the family room would be nice. We thoroughly loved our stay and look forward to returning. Thank you!

Beautiful, spacious home in a good location!

The house is beautiful and well laid out. There was an issue with the elevator and they had someone there quickly to fix it as soon as we contacted them. My only issue was that we were told someone would be there on Tuesday or Wednesday to clean the pool and no one came. I texted early Thursday morning as the pool was cloudy from all the rain and having 12 people in the pool for 5 days without the chemicals being checked. I had no response to my text by afternoon so I called and then they sent someone out quickly. My in-laws overheard the pool guys shocked at how bad the pool was and wanted to know what we did so that doesn’t happen again. My family has owned a pool for over 35 years and you cannot go 5 days of rain and people swimming without checking the chemicals and expect the pool to be clear. The pool guys also told my in-laws that they would be back later that day to check the chemicals again and we never saw them return. That was the only “issue” we had with our stay, which didn’t ruin our time that we spent with family. We would return to the home in the future as it held our family of 12 perfectly!

Great house with great lowcountry views in the evenings.

Dolphin View was as advertised. A very clean house with a stocked kitchen. The pool was great and the right size for 10-12 people/kids. The beach was a manageable walk in either direction. The adults had a great time sitting on the rooftop porch watching the sunsets. The only critique was that the wifi was very slow and undependable, which made it hard for some of us to check in on work issues or for kids to use their devices - thank goodness for mobile hotspots.

Love the location !,this is our second time . Pros : Beds are comfy . There’s everything you need in the kitchen to cook , lots of dishes ! Can walk to the beach , good places to walk. Cons : the great room furniture is very very tired and worn . Cushions will not stay on couch or chairs .

Unexpected fees

Stayed for 3 nights, additional $400 linen fee, booking fee and $250 for each dog (2) not prorated. All in all over $1000 for extras and early 9am checkout during off season was disappointing. Recommend reviewing total cost on contract before booking. Also, checkin in requires getting to office before closing to sign papers and get code which required extra efforts, would have preferred electronic checkin due to late flight. House is also on busy street with event hall across the street with loud music one night. House itself was immaculate and nicely stocked with well manicured yard.

Didn’t live up to the experience we had hoped for.

Layout and size of house works well for 12 guests. Somewhat dated, but comfortable. Pool/jacuzzi was not operational and never repaired despite us constantly reminding management. After filing a complaint after checkout and requesting somewhat of a refund (you would think they would have offered it without request, considering we’d made it clear it was high on our list of reasons for selecting this particular home), we received a very subpar credit of 3%.

We were excited to be able to stay in such a welcoming home. The many outside porches, pool deck and rooftop viewing area were wonderful places to spend time with friends. The location on IofP, very close to Sullivans was exactly what we were looking for. We appreciate the stay!

Very nice home in a nice area. Cable and internet were out when we got there Friday. Offices were closed and had to text management with details. Wasn't fixed til Monday afternoon. Missed college football games, UFC fight and NFL games. Enjoyed the kitchen, pool and ocean though and great beds.

Family reunion vacation

Dolphin View on Isle of Palms was a great vacation! Everyone enjoyed the house and all the amenities! The beach was 2 blocks walking distance. We walked with our dog to the beach every morning to see the sunrise! And we enjoyed the sunsets the rooftop of the house! Great vacation memories!

Great family Christmas!

We rented this house to spend Christmas with my parents and my sister and her family. 10 people total. The bedroom configuration was perfect and we especially loved that each bedroom has an en suite bathroom. The common space was large enough for us all and the kitchen was well equipped. The teenagers used the hot tub and ping pong table every day. On the second to last day the heat went out on the main floor. The management company was very responsive and it was fixed within a few hours. I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again!

All this home needs some TLC. Kitchen is awesome especially if you want to cook .. has everything you need plus more. The rocking chairs on the porch, swimming pool and hot tub is awesome . Curious there’s only seating for 5 in the living room.

Fun and relaxing

The property is centrally located. 20 minutes from downtown Charleston, 5-10 to major grocery stores, near great restaurants, etc. We rented a house with a pool in case the beaches were crowded, which was not the case. However, it was still lovely to have the pool. We used it every day. The house is big, beautiful and comfortable. My only complaint is that the kitchen area had not been fully cleaned: the counters were sticky and the freezer was dirty. Because we are in the middle of this pandemic, it made me doubt the cleanliness of the entire property, so I got my bottle of bleach and wiped every surface of the house.
