    Cottage entièrement rénové. Conception côtière de Charleston. Location familiale au coeur de Wild Dunes Resort. Ce chalet de 3 chambres à coucher est équipé pour accueillir 8 personnes confortablement. La carte de sport a été achetée pour la saison 2019. La cuisine est entièrement équipée et dispose de comptoirs en granit. Cœur riche de planchers de pin sont en vedette dans tout le chalet.

    La chambre principale est spacieuse avec un grand lit king size et une télévision LCD. Master Bath a une douche à l'italienne et un nouveau carrelage. Toute la nouvelle literie a été ajoutée dans tout le chalet.

    La chambre a accès à un lit à baldaquin queen. La chambre des enfants est équipée de lits superposés avec deux lits doubles et une nouvelle télévision grand écran. La chambre et la chambre des enfants partagent un bain carrelé récemment rénové. Le porche a été fermé et dispose d'un deuxième salon avec une télévision à écran plat.

    Le chalet a conduire sous parking pour 4 voitures. Le nouveau porche est situé au large de la salle de soleil et constitue un cadre idéal pour les nuits d'été paresseuses avec la famille.

    Le chalet loue un séjour hebdomadaire minimum pour les arrivées et les départs du dimanche au dimanche en été, du Memorial Day à la fête du Travail. Un minimum de 3 nuits est requis pendant toutes les autres saisons. Certains jours fériés exigent un séjour minimum de 7 nuits. Pas d'animaux s'il vous plaît et ne pas fumer est autorisé. (DOIT AVOIR AU MOINS 25 ANS POUR LOUER SANS EXCEPTIONS).

Beautiful house and beautiful neighborhood

We were pleasantly surprised with the great location-not only private but also close to amenities! The house was everything we needed and honestly, I just wish we could have stayed longer!!

Quick family retreat

Really enjoyed the property. Very clean and well cared for. We had one issue with the microwave dying but property management brought a replacement within an hour.

Excellent All Around

This property is managed professionally, and that was apparent and appreciated. Excellent communication about check in and checkout protocol. When we had confusion about the outdoor shower (which was frankly our fault not theirs) they called right away and told us what to do. The furnishings are modern, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen is very well-appointed. The property is a 10 minute walk from the ocean. Know that if you rent through vrbo you will be unable to access the resort amenities (tennis courts, pool, etc.) - which the property management did communicate up-front, we just weren't paying attention. This is not a big deal - there are public tennis courts not far away which we used, and who needs a pool with the ocean nearby? We had a fantastic time at this property, and particularly enjoyed the ping pong table!

Beautiful property, but…

First, the positives: The property was absolutely wonderful and well kept. In fact, the house exceeded our expectations! The property is located in a beautiful community, and it is a very quick and pleasant walk to the beach and also to nearby restaurants and shops. The check-in process was great, and the property management company left very nice items for us ($100 gift card, sunscreen, etc). Again, this exceeded our expectations! Unfortunately, however, we did see a large cockroach scamper across the floor one evening. Fortunately, we were able to catch it and release it outside. When we came back inside, we asked our son where the cockroach came from and he pointed to an area between the kitchen and master bedroom. We looked on the floor where he pointed and saw another smaller cockroach dead under a small table. I contacted the property management company via text regarding the cockroaches (with a picture of the dead cockroach), and they replied stating they would send the pest control company out the next day (the day of our departure). I don’t know what I expected to hear from the property management company, but I was surprised at how cavalier their response seemed to be. If not for the cockroaches, I would definitely give this property a 5-star review.

We loved this place!

This home is centrally located - a short walk to tennis, bike rentals and the sweet grass hotel. We've stayed in several homes in this neighborhood and this one is by far the best. The home is well appointed and clean with all the kitchen items you'll need. The grill and ping pong table and finished porch were big bonuses. And the management company was quick to respond for a couple of minor issues that we had. Highly recommended.

4th of July Family Vacation

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the home on Twin Oaks. The home was clean, well appointed and in a great location near the pools, beach and other resort amenities. I’d highly recommend it for anyone looking to vacation on Isle of Palms.
