This is a charming 1950's oceanfront beach house with 8 bedrooms and 4 bathroom, private board walk to the beach, updated kitchen, rocking chair porch and the most beautiful sunsets over the Atlantic ocean. This is 2 story home with 4 bedrooms on each floor. In the lower level there is a ping pong table for a little family competition. The house was extremely moldy. Everyone in my family had difficulty with allergies due to the mold. The house is definitely in need of some TLC. Everything is very worn, the furniture was stained and dirty, the house was covered in mold and the beds were very uncomfortable. The stairs to the upstairs are all different heights so it posed great difficulty for my elderly mother to navigate. ##### Michelle S.
