The annex is located in a quiet area which was perfect for us but also not too far from a decent sized co-op (and other shops)if we needed any groceries. Douglas 2.0/10 (1) "Very overpriced. We were traveling with a group of 7 so we booked 2 exact apartments in the same building. Vrbo charged me more than our friends paid. They booked through Expedia. I will never use Vrbo again. The owner then charged me more money when we arrived, after the final online payment was made. He stated we didn’t pay for enough people, The apt sleep 7 we had 3 ppl in ours. Explain that? Pictures online were from another much nicer location (catfished). Very unclean. We were well looked after. However, we left very early in the morning and couldn’t work out how to get hot water out of the shower! If it had been at a more respectable time, we would have asked for help, but it was far too early to summon anyone. Clear instructions would have helped in this situation. Overall we were very pleased with our short stay. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and very clean. The atrium balconies were a surprise as that is exactly what they are, looking into a covered atrium so no actual outside windows. Breakfast was a buffet, well stocked and plenty of choice. Staff were very helpful and friendly, giving good advice on where to visit and eat."
