  • Canal-front home in Tollgate Shores, Lower Matecumbe (MM 73.5), Islamorada. 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, 68 feet of dockage, and a 10,000 lb boat lift. About 5 minutes by boat to the Atlantic and 15 minutes to Alligator Reef.

    The main level has an open living area with vaulted ceilings, sliding glass doors to the wraparound porch, and a full kitchen. Two bedrooms and two baths are on this level. Downstairs is a private studio with its own bath and entrance.

    Outside: canal-front porch, tiki hut with TV, kayaks at the dock, and frequent wildlife in the canal (manatees, pelicans, parrotfish). Anne’s Beach, Habanos and Habanos Tapas and Bar are a short walk across the street.
