The owners of Coral Bay really get it - by which I mean they provide excellent service, with a great attitude. My other Panama lodge experiences felt like I was in a developing nation - Coral Bay felt like what you experience in higher end European facilities.

We loved our stay at Lula’s. Excellent location on quiet street away from the centre but within easy walking distance from the centre. Complimentary breakfast was tasty and common breakfast room was a nice opportunity to meet other guests. We loved the common porch area providing view of the water across the street and entertaining hummingbirds constantly feeding from the feeders on the property. Consistent hot water for showers which was appreciated after busy days exploring the area.

We had a wonderful stay. Very quiet, beautiful Area. The meals at the restaurant were delicious and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend.

Nice location away (but not too far away) from Bocas Town. Owners were very friendly and accommodating with water taxis. A member of our family, who is celiac, had no issues. Beware of the little biting flies - they are everywhere in this area.

Such a beautiful hostel! The location is impossible to beat and the staff is truly amazing ! Their customer service was on point!! Will definitely return!

This was a great place for winding down for a couple of nights at the end of our 10-day Panama trip. We were impressed with the attentive staff who worked so hard to make things easy and comfortable. This lodge is far more than a hotel. It is an experience. They take excellent care of you. The food is amazing and the details in preperation is top quality. My spouse and I enjoyed the realxed atmosphere but also the activities. We went on the wildlife tour, the bat caves and snorkeling (arranged by La Loma). All were fun. This was a gorgeous little hideaway in the middle of town. I was fortunate enough to have the ground floor room with my own secret garden patio, totally secured and had a hammock and patio table/chairs. Bed was comfortable, and had 4 total different customizable pillows (some huge and fluffy small and firm) exactly what I needed to get comfortable! Tropical Suites is an oasis of comfort in the hustle and bustle of Bocas del Toro. Most rooms are overlooking the water and are spacious with a kitchenette or full kitchen. The staff is very friendly and immediately responds to any of your wishes. They arranged our entire 3 night stay with dinners, lunch, tours, boat tours and all perfectly and we enjoyed delicious food at Guari Guari, El Ultimo Refugio and Pirates. Can highly recommend this hotel.

Fantastic stay. Clean rooms, beautiful property, great service, good food and cocktails, excellent front of house staff for arranging transportation. The views from the main restaurant, beach bar and ocean front room, were well worth it. Watching the surfers was very entertaining. Recommend this hotel, particularly if you like being in the middle of things! It's conveniently in "downtown" Bocas and beautifully kept. We had a middle room with no view, and it was a little small, but with nice character, clean & quiet. A jem!

This was a our first stay and we really enjoyed ourselves. You can walk to multiple restraunts without getting a water taxi, when you need a water taxi it's a short ride. The breakfast menu was great. If you're a light sleeper you may want to bring ear plugs. The boat traffic can start early. Overall was a wonderful experience.

Great place to stay!

We spent two nights at Aqui hoy and did not want to leave! David and Catherine were both so warm and welcoming. The location is excellent. Although you’re only a 5-10 Minute boat ride from town- it feels as if you’re staying on your own private island. Catherine whipped us up the „special“ for dinner both nights and it was by far the best meal we’ve had in panama! The snorkeling was fun too - just keep an eye out for those sting rays!
