« We had a wonderful stay at Marywood Cottage for a long weekend. The listing description and photos for this house are completely accurate. It is nicely furnished, well-appointed, exceptionally clean, well stocked in the kitchen and baths, spacious, with comfortable updated beds, and has beautiful views of Lake Mecosta from sunrise to sunset. During our stay we especially enjoyed taking the paddle boat out on the lake, relaxing in the hot tub, and sitting around the fire at night. The gift basket...

« Relaxation at its best! Homey, well appointed, lakefront house on a quiet little cove. This owner thought of everything! Big snack basket with welcome note awaited us. Several restaurants and stores within 10 miles. Water toys available including 2 inflatable kayaks. They even had a "Smores Station" that our grand kids enjoyed! The only thing missing was a washer and dryer. Looking forward to coming back. »

« This house was great for our girls weekend! A lot of bunk beds, but we did our best to make it work. Some of our group are older women and it was not safe for them to adventure to a top metal bunk bed, but we were aware of that when we booked. Not a negative, just something to consider. The lake is very "mushy" and not really swim worthy, but a nice view! The indoor pool is AMAZING! The host is wonderful, very responsive and understanding. The beds were comfortable and the house seems to have everything that you’d need. I loved the water source above the stove, it was too cool! « This place was perfect for our family of 5\. It was just my husband and I and our 3 kids ages 11, 10 and 4\. We couldn’t have asked for more, there was swimming, fishing (paddle boat was great for that), and lots and lots of privacy! The host was also very great at responding to any questions we had. Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay and would 100% stay here again. »

« This place exceeded our expectations! With two bedrooms featuring comfortable mattresses and a third room that can be converted into another bedroom, it's perfect for families. The 65-inch TV screen made for great viewing after a day out. We appreciated the separate dining area with very comfortable chairs and the convenience of having two bathrooms with showers and an additional half bathroom. The backyard play area was a hit with a visiting child. The kitchen was well-equipped with...

« We stayed during a cold December weekend and the fireplace was so nice! The home is pet-friendly, with lots of space to walk the dogs around outside. There is also a dog park not too far away.This is an older home with some of the "old home quirks." It has a lovely mix of a few authentic Mid-Century Mod items, plus newer handmade furnishings and some modern pieces that blend in well. We didn't use the upstairs area, but there is a play-space for kids, two bedrooms, and a newer looking...
