"Bed was hard as a rock. The owner was rude to my dad over a deposit then changed his mind about it after seeing us. Was repeatedly going to call about changing locks but never did during a holiday weekend and I barely slept the entire time there despite using sleeping pills and alcohol. Hotel was too close to the road making any vehicle going by another way to wake us up. Was a horrible stay and will not recommend."

"The gentleman at the front desk was very nice. The room was clean. The breakfast was above average. I enjoyed my two nights stay and will be coming back in the future."

"The room was very good. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was very well lit. Walk in shower was great for me because I don't like climbing over the side of a tub. Internet was functioning and fast enough to view simple videos texted to me. The breakfast was not appetizing. "Eggs" were some kind of synthetic that were not appealing. They did not taste like eggs. Tater tots were in a steamer that left them soggy. Coffee was Folgers in a machine that brewed it cup by cup. It was good. Outside of the room the property was not in great condition. The hallway was worn carpeting and there was dirt in the corners. The parking lot had a hole in the asphalt so large it reminded me of a third world country. Perhaps it is not the hotel's part of the property. I don't know. The price was very good at about $100, including breakfast. if your only concern is your room condition and the price, it is a very good hotel."

"I stayed 6 nights. My room was larger than I expected and was nice. The towels were worn and some were dingy. The Front desk was friendly for the most part. My only complaint was I needed my sheets changed on day 4 due to accidentally spilling coffee on them. Housekeeping was every day and day 4 they were coming. I took the sheets off the bed,including pillow cases and put them on the floor so the maid would know I needed new sheets. When I returned to the room I discovered that the maid had put the dirty sheets back on the bed and made it. The coffee stain was large and noticeable .The next morning I informed the day guy at the Front desk of what happened. He appeared shocked and stated he would take care of it and he apologized for it. When I returned to my room that night the same dirty sheets were on the bed. I checked out the next morning with the same Day guy at the desk. When I asked why my sheets weren’t changed the day before he avoided the question and said he would have the manager call me. I never heard from the manager. I have always stayed at the Hilton that is in close proximity and decided to try the Town Suites . I will return to Hilton"

"We had an OK stay as a family of 4 in a suite - we were in town for baseball. Our door was open / unlocked all the time unless we locked it from inside with the deadbolt. Our sink drain was slow. The pullout sofa was terribly uncomfortable and loud / plastic-y sounding with every movement. The A/C didn't stay on or respond to the wall unit... turned off after a short while and turned back on if you touched any button on the wall. This was disruptive and hot at night. When reported the above to the front desk, they promptly reprogrammed our door key and resolved that issue. They indicated the A/Cs are old and some rooms only work when a key is inserted in the wall... ours was. There was no solution suggested, but they did provide a box fan for us. They let us stay in the pool a bit later than advertised hours, which was nice. Overall decently clean - not exceptional."

Hampton Inn & Suites West Bend

"The bed was horrible. I chose a Hampton/Hilton specifically because we have always found their beds to be extremely comfortable. The room we had was beautiful. Big and spacious, nice amenities and pretty clean but it felt like we slept on a bunch of rocks with a blanket over them. That was disappointing."
