The kids were coming in after a concert and didn’t arrive until after midnight, but the host was incredibly accommodating and understanding about the late check-in. They also took the time to message me and let me know the kids arrived safely, which meant so much to me. Great communication, kindness, and hospitality from start to finish. Highly recommend! »

« The room was clean. However the drain in the bath tub was broken the state of repair was subpar for a newer establishment. The staff was excellent friendly and responsive. »

« The website shows roll-aways available. They are not. The shower had mold. The toilet seat was loose, no hot water in the shower. There was some damage in the hall (open wires hanging from the celling and drywall damage) and there was a fan that ran outside our door all day and night. We asked that it be turned off at night and were told no. The lobby and breakfast area were neat and clean and the staff was helpful and friendly for the most part. »
