« Reception was ok. On entering the room I could smell dog. A few minutes later my wife stood a piece of kibble. Told reception,in fairness they offered a room change but had already unpacked and was only there one night. Went for a drink at the bar in the evening. « My stay at the Hampton inn Covington was disappointing.
Overall, I had doubts with regards to the cleanliness of the room (sheets, towels and shower).
The water temperature was inconsistent all through the stay.

« I reserved two no smoking rooms, they were in the back of the hotel. Walked in the first room smelled horrible with smoke and a big stain on the one bedspread (it may have been bleached, it was lighter in color).
Walked into the second room and you could see a 3-4 inch hole burned into the bedspread and it also smelled horrible with smoke. The whole rear area just seemed sketchy/scary.
We ended up getting some rooms in the front that smelled better but still felt so dirty we actually went out...
