There is no smoking (including vapes) permitted on the property, its balconies/patio and the surrounding community. Any/all smoking must be conducted outside of the community boundaries. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal, and the guest on file will be charged for any/all related fines from the community. 4\. Sorry, no pets of any kind are allowed on this property. 5\. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest. 6\. Please know that there is no lifeguard on duty at the beach area. Kids under the age of 14 are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times. We also ask that you please refrain from bringing glass onto the beach area. 7\. Please note that this property does not allow the storage of skis or snowboards in the unit.
