"This was an excellent place to stay while visiting Fairbanks. Lots of amenities. Loved the aurora observation and information along with the movies. Only thing that needs to be changed is to put rubber wheels on all of the carts the noise as the carts were moved across the floors was destructing. Breakfast music option could be changed up."

"Very pretty setting and nice lodge restaurant and viewing area for Mt. Denali. Was not told there wasn't an elevator for our room and my husband is not able to carry luggage. It was very difficult to get the bags up the stairs."

"Chena Hot Springs was chosen for the several activities in the area. They ranged from kids activities, to hiking, to hot spring soaks, to Aurora light watch. A really nice ice museum was worth the visit. The hot springs run off-grid so there are amenities missing you would expect at other lodging venues, like individual room heaters. I've read where the staff will provide a portable for you if asked, but i found the rooms and covers plenty warm enough for autumn. A tour of the geothermal power...

"We’ve stayed here before. The rooms are small but clean. Beautiful location. Our only issue was the number of times we both hit our chins & toes on the exposed bed frame. We love this area & bar and will be back despite our bruises 😊"
