Modern kitchen comes with updated white cabinetry, granite counter tops, kitchen island and an electric stove. Fully stocked kitchen, with an abundant amount of counter and cooking space for you to make a homemade meal for you and your family. Living room offers a stylish yet relaxing feeling with the impeccable decor, fire place, smart tv and board games. Take advantage of the large tv by binging your favorite show and cozying up on the couch with a throw blanket and yummy movie snacks. This luxurious hideaway is the ideal spot to host dinners or small gatherings, with the 6 person dining table, additional seating at the island and outside in the backyard. Backyard is your own private and fully fenced oasis. You will have a top notch heated pool and jacuzzi with a stunning waterfall feature, fire pit for you to enjoy during the evening with your favorite glass of wine and a BBQ. We also have you set up for absolute comfort in the home, each bedroom has its own smart tv, stunning decor and extremely comfortable mattresses. The modern master bedroom is spacious with updated hardwood floors, black out curtains, smart tv and an ensuite bathroom. Stunning master bathroom has a jetted tub, updated shower, a vanity, his and hers sinks. You can not ask for more when it comes to a exquisite desert getaway!



Guests do have access to the 3 bedroom luxurious resort, 2 car garage and an private pool. We`ll just need all names of guests prior to your stay who would like to use these amenities.

Home is located in gated community Indian Palms Country Club. Close to many attractions such as Palm Springs, Old Town La Quinta, Joshua Tree, El Paseo, and more!



The neighborhood features a 27 hole championship golf course, a clubhouse for food and drinks.



Car transportation is definitely recommended. Uber/Lyfts are more than welcomed. Please send your license plate number prior to your stay, this will allow you to enter/exit from multiple streets. There is a 2 car garage and driveway for you to park. Please no overnight street parking.



Pool maintenance is every Tuesday and Fridays. Trash days are every Mondays, if you can please roll the bins out the night prior and roll them back in once trash has been collected.



Pool heating fees will apply. If you choose to heat the pool, there will be a daily $50 pool heating fee. This is fee just covers the cost of gas to heat the pool.



Overnight street parking is not allowed, doing so may result in a tow or ticket from HOA.



HOA does occasionally come to work on landscaping.



This home does not have access to the community amenities (tennis/pickleball courts, gym, and pool)

By accepting this rental through Airbnb, you are agreeing to be responsible for supervising and assuring safe use of pool and spa for your guests. You are releasing owner for any liability of claims and agree to hold owner harmless from any damages (personal injury or otherwise) to you, your guests or any third party.



You recognize and understand that a Swimming Pool and Spa involve certain risks. Those risks include, but are not limited to, the risk of injury resulting from possible malfunction of the equipment used in the pool and injuries resulting from tripping or falling over obstacles in the pool area. Because the pool is an outdoor pool, no credits will be given if it becomes dirty. However, we can send our pool tech over for an additional clean if necessary.
