"This property has been recently renovated and is now my Go-to property when I go back to Indianapolis. Priced reasonable for the location. The staff is friendly, rooms are clean and is located around shopping and amenities. And the restaraunt serves good tasty food."

"I did not appreciate them charging me $10.00 to park in their lot! Why? That charge should be included in the price of the stay at the hotel. Also, in most hotels stays, you will find two bottles of water complimentary in each room. Why not here? This is not the first time I stayed here. In the past there was no charge to park and bottles of water waiting for you. In fact you would find them in the refrigerator!"

"Great location in downtown Indy. They allowed us to check in early without any difficulty. Great parking availability and ease with location. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and well stocked, with staff readily available. Will definitely stay here again."

"First, what about eating? The kitchen has everything you need to cook: pots, pans, dishes, glasses, silverware, utensils, etc. Even a towel, dishcloth and dish detergent. The coffee pot is a small one, but coffee is available downstairs. I brought my own. This hotel has no restaurant, but there are freezer meals available for purchase on lobby. There are plenty of restaurants open downtown at various hours, too. Comfort? We had a King bed suite. The bed was comfortable. It had a full living room with a couch chair, numerous lamps, tables and a TV. TV in bedroom, too. Separate sink area outside of toilet and shower/tub combo. People were friendly. So much so that pets were welcome, including two greeter cats that waited outside. Note that pets can bring smells, so when we came back to our room, we noted a bad smell. Smell of fish being cooked that came through vent? Wet pet food or animal output on carpet that showed up as a smell when we turned on the heat? Not sure, but that was the only negative."

"The hotel is beautiful and everything is clean. Nice rooms. Spacious It’s a nice ten minute walk from Lucas Oil Stadium for a concert or game. I only have a couple of things that were frustrating. The hotel is on the whole other side then what the address actually tell us. That was very frustrating. When finding the parking, the code would not scan for a good couple of minutes. It then finally worked. It was very dark in the parking garage It was very hard for me to see down there. Then when getting something at the market our cashier was a little rude. I also thought it was a little weird there were no microwaves in the hotel rooms. Other than that it was a beautiful place to stay."

"Very clean and comfy room and excellent breakfast. Emily at the desk was fantastic and so helpful. We asked to extend checkout to take care of business we had and it was no problem. We had to call and ask again to extend checkout to 1pm and she was super helpful. The only negative experience was when we arrived back to our room just before 1:00, the cleaning lady was sitting outside our room, on the floor with her cleaning cart and vacuum in front of our door. She looked at me and said are you 301 and I said yes. She then tells me how she's been sitting there waiting for me half an hour because I'm "so late" and how we were her last room and have made her sit there and wait for us. My husband came up a few minutes later and she looks at him and tells him that she's been waiting for him for 30 minutes and that she was supposed to leave already. INCREDIBLY RUDE. She needs to be taught some customer service manners. It is very obviously a family-owned hotel and she's related, so I'm sure it was of no use to even complain about it. But Best Western should probably be aware that the older cleaning lady doesn't need to tell GUESTS who were granted permission to late check out how much we've inconvenienced her!"
