The house is clean and had everything we needed for our weekend stays. The only thing I’d mention is the plug-in air fresheners are very overpowering, so if you are sensitive, ask for them to be unplugged or removed for your stay. Looked to be a neighborhood with an HOA (Not a fan personally, but works nice for a rental). The house was very comfortable and we slept well. Kitchen was equipped with a minimum amount of dishes, glassware and cookware. It was enough for the frying of eggs and warming up of food we brought, but might be a little light if you were planning to cook a whole meal there. The only hiccup was on check-in. We had the code for the deadbolt, but the doorknob was locked and we could not get in. It took about 15 minutes to get in touch with the owner and get a solution. Clean, spacious house and quiet neighborhood We were in town for a soccer tournament. 7 of us stayed at the house (4 adults and 3 children ages 10, 8, and 3). It was perfect.
