I accidentally made a booking and immediately tried to resolve it, but ran into a back-and-forth between the hotel and Hotels.com, with each giving conflicting information about whether a refund was possible. Neither side took clear ownership, and I was ultimately left without a favorable resolution despite assurances from the management that this was possible. The lack of coordination and accountability between the hotel and the booking platform was extremely disappointing. When we did arrive at the property, the situation did not improve. The front desk was unattended at check-in, which created confusion and delays. Even more concerning, there was no hot water during our stay, which is a basic expectation for any hotel. Overall, the combination of poor customer service, inconsistent communication, and inadequate on-site conditions made this a negative experience. I would recommend that future guests proceed with caution, especially when booking through third-party platforms. I have spent thousands of dollars on bookings with Hotels.com, but no more."

"Excellent location for convention goers or just someone that wants to see downtown. Staff is very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Rooms are well equipped and laid out in a way that makes sense and accommodates all the needs of the traveling business person."
