"**BEWARE OF PARKING RULES ** Our reservation was through Expedia and nowhere is it mentioned that you can ONLY have one vehicle. We found out upon arrival. We were meeting up with family members and one vehicle was for a handicap space and one for a regular space and the lady in the front office still wouldn't let us both park on the property. There were plenty of spaces available as the property was not completely full. They use the excuse of the HOA rules for the parking situation. The unit was clean though, had the necessary amenities and was decorated nicely but we saw 2 baby roaches in the kitchen. It was mentioned at checkout to the lady in the office but she didn't seem to give a crap. I don't know if we would stay there again."

"It’s was beautiful and super close to the beach. The bar accords the street is really cool and you can’t hear any noise when you’re inside the house from outside. It’s lovely and Gregg was awesome"

"Need to clean the vent covers in the house. The hose leaks in the master bathtub. Overall experience was awesome. Would definitely come back. Love all the washers and dryers!!!"

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fantastic location with a beautiful house and breathtaking view. The home was exceptionally well equipped and truly felt like a home away from home. Communication with the host was excellent you were very responsive, helpful, and quickly resolved the one issue we had. My family and I had a wonderful stay and created great memories. We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this property!"

"Check in was easy, the condo was really clean and is nicely decorated. The beach location has chairs and umbrellas you can rent daily/weekly. Seems like its a family spot, super relaxed and laid back. We will come again!"
