« This was a first time stay at this hotel. I highly recommend it. This hotel has nice rooms, good food, friendly staff and a pool and hot tub. Service from housekeeping was great. Location was on the strip and easy to get to. I would rate it 5 out of 5 stars. »

« We love staying at Westgate Branson Woods. We typically stay in a cabin, but none were available. Our first stay in a double queen room was just okay. The room was comfortable and clean, but had a musty odor. There was a strong odor of marijuana in our room and throughout the grounds at times, which was disappointing. We spent most of our time in Branson enjoying the amenities available on the property with our children and grandchildren. »

« The two front desk ladies I spoke with, Tanya and Amanda, seemed to know nothing. Perhaps some additional training for those two as the only answers or resolutions offered were to wait and talk to their manager the next morning. « The property is great. It’s on the landing and the room's are nice. It’s overpriced and they sent a text at 7:30 am. Being on vacation I leave my phone on in case of emergency. Getting woke up by the landing staff telling me the check out time doesn’t constitute an emergency in my opinion. »
