We never actually got to stay at this property. When we arrived the Property Manager, Lonnie, informed us that the suite we had paid for was not available, and that instead we would need to stay in a trailer. She gave us two options, neither of which smelled very nice. One had a dirty bathroom and broken electric outlets. When I asked to be switched to a suite at the soonest possible opportunity, Lonnie got very angry and said we did not have to stay there at all. She was very mad at Expedia saying that they have put her in difficult situations many times, overbooking her rooms and leaving her to deal with clients. We informed her that we were the ones stuck in the middle, and due to her yelling, in quite an insulting manner, we would go if we could have our money back. She continued to yell about Expedia and eventually refunded the money saying 'good luck finding anywhere else to stay'. It was a horrible experience, and the worst behaviour from a person in the service industry I have ever witnessed. I highly recommend avoiding this property!
