"The staff was very nice and accommodating, the beautiful pool area, and the beach is a 3-second walk. The only thing is that the water in the room barely got hot, so we basically had to shower in cold water."

"Watch out! When you check in you need to pay to use the pool and the beach! It’s a mandatory “resort fee” of $36/person. Completely ridiculous that was not already included. It got you a chair/umbrella on the beach- absolutely nothing fancy or comfortable- just a cheap lounge chair. If you want the beach towels- you have to go back to the pool and get them. Don't bother with the breakfast buffet- items were limited and mostly and the hot items were definitely not hot. You also have to pay $49/night for valet parking. Over all, i wouldnt stay again nor would i recommend . "

"From check in to check out, NOTHING about this hotel is 5 star. Save your money. The front desk laughed about me using an IHG credit card at check in. I would choose IHG over Hyatt any day. I wasn’t able to check in until 5:30pm when check in is 4pm. Unacceptable. When the room was ready they just handed the keys to us, no overview of the hotel, restaurants, nothing. We didn’t even know how to get to the elevators to take us to our room. Horrible service at the pool. The employees don’t even acknowledge your presence. Food overall was terrible. At check out, no one asked how our stay was. I could go on and on. I normally stay at the Four Seasons Surfside and I will be back there."

"Beautiful and clean resort, beds were comfortable and it was very spa like, mostly white, cream and pale pink. Very elegant place to stay but very pricey. If you come here you’ll be pampered but be prepared to spend. Small Orange juice is $12 and large is $15. I needed a plastic spoon to eat a yogurt and they charged $1.45 for it. They will put out comfortable lounge chairs at the beach but will only put out umbrellas if the wind gust is less than 13 mph. If it’s over 13 no umbrellas so you cook in the sun. They remove the lounge chairs at 5:30pm. So if you want to go lay out by the beach after that you won’t have a lounge chair. It’s really weird that they remove them so early. They had 2 large beautiful pools and a hot tub. Also another adult outdoor pool on the 7th floor. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. Parking is only valet at $60 a day. Like I said be prepared to spend. Although we loved the resort itself and the beautiful suite ( we had 2 bathrooms) we were disappointed with the beach closing so early and not putting up umbrellas. The beach view was gorgeous! You have to get a room with a balcony to fully enjoy it. "
