We loved everything except for few things: the room was on a bottom floor and was dark which would be ok if i didnt have to work. There is hardly any storage space in the room. We didnt get a printout of the bill when checking out and were told that it will be emailed by Expedia, they did give me a total amount though.

THE STAFF WERE FANTASTIC,THERE WAS INADEQUATE SEATING IN THE ROOMS. AT NIGHT THERE WAS SO MUCH LIGHTING FROM MULTIPLE ELECTRIC SWITCHES THAT THE ROOM WAS LIT UP, I SHOULD HAVE GONE TO ANOTHER TRAVEL WEBSITE TO COMPARE PRICING. OVER 500 HUNDRED DOLLARS FOR A ROOM WAS TO MUCH. I ALSO QUESTION WHETHER MOST OF THE YOUNG PEOPLE IN THAT HOTEL PAID THE SAME PRICE.

The best experience in Miami ever! The hotel is very clean, smells incredible, pool area is gorgeous and perfect place to relax. The staff is very accommodating. We loved every minute of our stay and definitely will be back
