« Lorsque j’ai réservé une chambre sur Internet, j’ai oublié de préciser que nous serions 2\. Lors du check in, la réceptionniste m’a expliqué que la politique de l’hôtel, pour corriger cette erreur, était de facturer 2 fois au client le surcoût. Je trouve cette pratique commerciale pitoyable dans la mesure où le client ne peut qu’accepter. Cela va de pair avec le comportement des personnes à l’accueil qui oublient régulièrement d’accueillir les clients avec un bonjour, puis de conclure les...
