What they need to do asap is to hire new housekeepers. They don’t do their job right and don’t supply with fresh towels, soap etc. One day they left me with an open water bottle half emptied. Breakfast was good, they need to teach their waiters how to smile though. Pillows are hard as hell. Nice pool and patio area. The location isn't great and there aren't restaurants near the hotel. Thankfully there is a restaurant at the hotel which serves excellent italian food. We dined at the restaurant twice, and the staff (a young boy) at their restaurant provided us with great service. The hotel lobby is beautiful. We are happy with our room, which we find to modern and tastefully renovated. One grouse is that the heater in our room was somehow not warm enough.. (The heater in the shower is much better). Breakfast was a huge buffet spread.
