Very nice and clean room. Good services (summer card, wi-fi, parking). The communication of conditions (deposit and fees for cleaning) should be more transparent and clear on Expedia.

There is no pool on site, despite the photos that prominently feature a pool. You must take out your own trash. The carpet is worn and dirty. There is no way to wash dishes in your room, no microwave either.

Fantastisk smukt sted.

Fantastisk sted. Vi boede et er seperat 2 etagers hus og havde vores egen store terrasse og en overdækket terrasse. Vi følte os meget velkommen. Der var sørget for alt i huset, olivenolie, salt, peber, opvasketabs osv. Det gjorde at vi følte os meget velkomne. Huset var hyggeligt indrettet og alt var i god kvalitet og gjorde huset og terrassen meget hyggelig. Poolen og spaen var helt perfekte og med god udsigt over vandet. Vi havde den ofte for os selv. Turen ned til stranden er god, når man skal retur til fods, skal man være godt gående da vejen er stejl. Stranden er helt fantastisk - lækkert sand og krystalklart vand. Vi havde en fantastisk ferie.

Ligger centralt i byen, flot, ren og rummelig lejlighed. har det der skal bruges i køkkenet. Fin altan. Lidt forvirrende ankomst da den foregik på tysk, da ejer ikke var hjemme (han kunne engelsk).

Was expecting a bit more..

Large apartment, very clean, new bathrooms, kitchen dated in our apartment, disappointed that cleaning fee of 25 Euro pppw was applied to all persons including children in our party aged 11,12,13 as this significantly increased expected cost by 150 euros for the week. Payable after booking and on arrival together with 200 Euro refundable deposit.

Inte prisvärt! Mycket snålt boende med toapapper och tvål för en person, Man uppmanades att källsortera men det fanns inga påsar. Utrustningen i köket mycket knapp. ingen balkong trots att det står i reklamen att alla rum har balkong. Vid slutkontrollen blev vi uppmanade att samla ihop lakan och gå med sopor trots att vi betalat €100 för städning.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable for a family of 4. Very convenient to lifts and everything in Sölden was pretty much within walking distance.

Gut gelegenes, zentrales Apartment in Sölden. Das Apartment ist spartanisch, aber gut ausgestattet. Man sollte daran denken jeden Kleinkram einzupacken, da die Wohnung nur das nötigste enthält. Da ich auf Reisen stets arbeiten muss und ein schnelles Wifi benötige, wurde ich hier nach langer Zeit mal wieder enttäuscht. Ein 1000kb Internet mit andauernd abreissender Verbindung ist für mich nicht tragbar gewesen und hat mich stark eingeschränkt. Die Betten waren eher ungemütlich und durch die schwache Heizung musste ich jede Nacht in Pulli und Jogginghose verbringen. Kurzum: Hier gehe ich nicht mehr hin, die Apartments sind für das was sie sind überteuer. Wer kein bequemes Bett und schnelles Internet benötigt, ist hier jedoch richtig aufgehoben.

MTB trip in Sölden

Overall we had a very nice stay. The apartment and facilities was above expectations. The check in/check out was a bit challenging as we had to get in contact with the "haus frau" by a door phone system that went to voice mail and we needed to locate her manually. Furthermore, it was a challenge for us not being able to speak the local language and the "haus frau" didn't understand english. It would have been helpful to get the basic information in writing in English handed out upon arrival - then it would have been easier to overcome the language barrierer. It was very nice that we could park our MTBs in a locked room during the nights with easy access to the street.

The apartment is noisy,heating didn't work,was cool, the mattress is cheap and not comfortable, the proprietor Andy is unpleasant, single apartment in Solden with payment parking, no cleaning for all the week,poor lightingin inside, complicated wi-fi connection only to mobile phone, we waited 30 minute to the owner Andy for check-in, was demanded pay 150 deposit by cash, we paid 42 euro additional local taxes for 2 people

Nice apartments with excellent location

Great apartment in the heart of Sölden. Andy was very helpful with local information. Nice rooms, fully equipped kitchen. The beds was a bit hard. A bit noisy when windows open, from the main street just outside the window. All in all very good value, and a nice stay!

A város központjában, mindenhez közel.

Jól éreztük magunkat, a szoba szép és tágas volt. A leírásban nem szerepelt, de nekünk kellett a szemetet kivinni, ágyneműt lehúzni. A város közepén van a szállás, nagyon jó helyen, a síbusz előtte áll meg. Az ára nagyon kedvező, máskor is megyünk majd!

Sehr gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis

Wir waren ein Woche zum Skilaufen im Appartementhaus Sieglinde. Es war insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Unser Zimmer war sehr schön und sauber. Wir hatten noch einen kleinen Kühlschrank mit im Zimmer, was für Frühstück und Abendessen sehr praktisch war. Leider war im Zimmer keine Küche vorhanden wie eigentlich in der Buchungsbestätigung von hotels.com angegeben. Der Parkplatz an der Unterkunft musste extra bezahlt werden mit 4 Euro pro Tag. Alle Gondeln des Skigebiets Sölden sind zu Fuss in ein paar Minuten erreichbar. Essens und Weggehmöglichkeiten befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Unterkunft befindet sich direkt an der Hauptstraße mitten im Ortskern und Partyviertel von Sölden. Daher war es Abends oft etwas lauter, allerdings legte sich das zur Nacht hin. Leider haben wir andere Gäste nachts oft gehört wenn sie nach hause gekommen sind. Es war kein Frühstück vorhanden. Unser Zimmer wurde während des Aufenthalts nicht gereinigt, die Betten wurden nicht gemacht. Einmal wurden die Handtücher gewechselt. Was sehr schön war, war dass täglicher Eintritt zur Sauna der Freizeitarena enthalten war.Allerdings waren wir nur einmal dort, da es Abends sehr überfüllt ist.

Great potential to be an excellent Appartementhaus

We stayed at Appartementhaus Sieglinde for 3 nights over Christmas. Overall the room was comfortable however it was not as advertised on the website: there was no kitchenette (no stovetop, microwave, coffee making facilities or cutlery) and there was also no 'deep soaking bathtub' as described. Our checkin process was difficult, there were no staff at our arrival and when we phoned the staff member that did meet us was extraordinarily rude. Also despite being charged 25€ per person for a cleaning fee our room was not cleaned once. Aside from all this we still enjoyed our stay as it is in a great location with lovely views and comfy beds.

Really nicely decorated hotel/apartments

So the hotel/apartments are nice and modern and clean. We stayed in the double room (Sod 044), beware this is just like a hotel room. And Expedia described this room as having kitchenette with cooking facilities, this was untrue so what we thought was going to be a cheap holiday meant we had to eat out every meal. This wasn't a problem this time, but would have chosen a different room with these facilities. Please also note this is the only hotel type room in the block, all others have cooking facilities. The room itself was lovely, located on the 3rd (top) floor, really modern, spacious, ample storage space, large shower, safe, fridge (although noisey, we unplugged overnight). Towels and linen were provided, and towels changed throughout the week. Lovely views. Really really nice. Oh also Wi-Fi was included bonus. Oh and the pool and spa access at the towns pool. (note: if you want to go to the sauna, go straight to the sauna changing rooms, as if you get changed in the pool side, you can only enter the sauna changing rooms once with the card they provide at the front desk. The key for the lockers in the sauna changing rooms side give you unlimited access between the pool and the sauna.
