The apartment is composed of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
There is an extra room (considered as 3rd bedroom) with sea view and an extra small kitchen corner (this is the only bedroom with a sea view).
The living area has a well-equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, table and chairs for 6 people.
Access to balcony is possible only from the kitchen-living room.
Free Wi-Fi, air conditioning in all rooms, washing machine.

LOCATION:
Unbeatable location! Everything is easily accessible on foot, and you can directly go to the beach with your towel on your shoulder!
Now, thanks to the brand-new promenade and new branch of the cycling path of Imperia, you can have nice walks, runs or rides, starting directly from the house.
The apartment is just 200 meters away from the beautiful Cycling Path “Pista Ciclabile del Ponente Ligure”: more than 30 km of flat and panoramic cycling-pedestrian path.
This trafficless path allows you to discover the coast, beaches and seaside villages.
Bike rental shop: less than 200 m away.

Not only summer stays: this location is perfect for any season. Nothing better than a walk or a bike ride under the sun, all year long, as even in the lower season there can be sunny and warm days!

SURROUNDINGS:
- Free/public beach and equipped/private beach: just a few meters away.
- Michelin Star restaurant right next to the apartment (Sarri).
- Another large beach, with restaurant and some events at night, are 400 meters away.
- Many restaurants and pizzerias on the same street, in the close surroundings: pasta, seafood, pizza, meat...
- For your breakfast or snacks: bakery, café, ice cream shop in the close surroundings.
- More fish restaurants in “Borgo Foce” (600 meters), a very charming area of Imperia, under “Parasio” hill, that we both suggest to visit! There is also a breathtaking panoramic walk starting in Borgo Foce: the “Passeggiata degli Innamorati” (Lovers Walk) that leads to “Borgo Marina”
- Large free parking on the sea at 550 meters; some free and some paid parkings on the same street. Underground parking, too.
- Large supermarket (PAM): 500 meters. Larger supermarkets are still close (a few minutes by car: Conad Superstore, Penny, LIDL, etc…

- 2nd: bedroom with two single beds (that can be joined together to form a double bed).
- 3rd: extra room with two single beds (that can be joined together to form a double bed), with sea-view (and small kitchen corner).

2 bathrooms:
- 1st bathroom: full bathroom, with a large shower, toilet, bidet, sink.
- 2nd bathroom: service bathroom, smaller, with small shower, toilet, sink.

We always try our best to provide a great service, but, to do so, information is needed before your arrival.
- if you wish to find the beds already made, please contact us some days before your arrival with the necessary information on which bed configuration you prefer. Otherwise, we won't be able to prepare them beforehand.
- if you don't provide us with your mobile phone number, and if don't tell us your estimated time of arrival, you may have to wait some time for the receptionist to arrive and welcome you.

- Check-in time: after 16:00; Check-out time: before 10:00. This timetable is necessary to allow the cleaning service to clean and reorder the apartment.
- upon check-in, all guest, including children, must provide a valid identity document. This is necessary in order to communicate and register guests to the authorities, as required by Italian law.
- upon check-in, guests have to pay the Tourist Tax, in cash, accordingly to the rates decided by Imperia Municipality for “Appartamenti Ammobiliati a Uso Turistico”.
