"Clean room! Slippers were placed on either side of the king bed. Room was all ready and waiting for us. It was very noisy on the street side at night which isn’t something they can really change. The only improvement the room needs is actual drawers! All of the ones under the TV are filled with coffee and mini-bar stuff. Very busy hotel but in a fantastic location next to Circular Quay and The Rocks. "

"The staff at the front desk were wonderful at check in, during the stay and during check out. The rooms were clean (housekeeping did a great job!). The pool and Gym facilities were also good!. A note: the rooms could have been better enjoyed if they had a toaster and a microwave."
