Miły weekend w Iławie
Ładny hotel z dużym parkingiem, pokój przyjemny, czysty, pościel i ręczniki bialuśkie, dużo miejsca pod prysznicem, obsługa profesjonalna, miła, spore jacuzzi przy niemałym basenie, przytulna siłownia z salą fitness, stół do ping-ponga, szeroka oferta spa, śniadanie obfite, pyszne, jak dla mnie zbyt wygórowane ceny w gastronomii, ogólnie jednak polecam, na pewno jeszcze tu zajrzymy.

Schönes Hotel in Ilawa und sehr gut gelegen
Ilawa ist eine sehr schöne Stadt, es fehlt ein wenig die Internationalität und nicht gut zu erreichen aufgrund der Infrastruktur in Polen.

Visit this hotel if you would like very good food at extremely good prices. More than half price of similar quality of food in Denmark.(
When you check in ask for an English speaking person.
Only negative thing is the climate control. However this is an important issue on a hot summer day. It was simply to hot in the room.
The hotel was fully booked when I was there. All the other guests were of Polish origin. Menu card also in English. But not all relevant information is available in English.

Solid tangibles but poor services
Impressive pieces of furniture in the room, large size, comfortable bed, big bathrooms, but our sink was clogged and the mini-bar was warm. The spa hours on all the brochures was inaccurate with the working hours of the staff at the spa. After booking a massage at 10pm, I was told I could not do it because the staff went home at 10pm but all the brochures both in-room, at the spa and at the front-desk stated spa services were available till 11pm. I followed up with the GM of the hotel and was informed that all hotels around the world don't have chilled mini-bars, that this is the norm and that they were aware of the spa hours but no one wants to do anything about it. They fixed the clog sink and that's it. Breakfast was exactly the same every day during our 5 day stay! Beautiful hotel and location but it needs some training in service and management. Not 5 star in service.

Tolles Hotel gute Lage
Gutes Hotel direkt am See. Gut ausgestatteter Spa Bereich. Essen im Restaurant gut. Personal freundlich und aufmerksam. Tolle Gegend. Zimmer in sehr gutem Zustand.

My family and I spent 2 nights here on recommendation from friends. It's by a lake so you can get a good view depending on the room. The "garden view" rooms are more car park and grass though from our room :) Room itself is very good. Large-ish bathroom/wet room with rain shower. I think the air-con settings are pre-set and locked.
Facilities were very good. Nice 180cm deep pool, with sauna (both dry and steam), jacuzzi type "hot pool" and gym, all for no cost. Spa is available at a price based on time spent there. You can hire a bike as well. Town centre is close by if you go for a walk and you can go to the large lake nearby as well.
The only 3 issues we had was that the bedding for our son was not supplied the first night as requested, there were no bath towels in the room. We did ask at reception but no one brought them up, and we had to complain in the morrning before we received them. Also note that the Tassimo coffee machine pods are chargeable extras, so bring your own as there are no other free coffee/tea making facilities in the room.
Breakfast was quite good, although there could be a better hot breakfast selection (mainly eggs, sausages, pancakes). It's more of the usual continental type selection.
However taking everything into account, overall it was a lovely stay, and I would probably go again. Just improve the service a bit and the rating would be better.

Bardzo udany weekend
Ogólnie hotel zasługuje na polecenie. Pomimo drobnych niedociągnięć (brak ręczników na basenie, ze względu na duże zainteresowanie gości, w hotelu był komplet) pobyt oceniam wysoko. Eleganckie miejsce, idealne dla par jak i rodzin z małymi dziećmi (tych ostatnich było trochę).

Nice Discovery
The stay was excellent except that the mgmt has a big challenge on their hands getting staff up to speed on waiter service We cannot say they were impolite but very slow. The manager was very accomodating and is working hard to get it right we can see. We aresure when we come back it will be better. (of course it is never easy when we speak poor polish) The menu for dinner was a bit limited and very pricey even for a 5* Apart from this everything was really very nice and we will come back for sure
