« En général très bien mais il n’y a aucun couvre matelas ce qui très irresponsable de la part d’Hilton, j’ai vérifié avec mes collègues au cas où c’était un oubli pour ma chambre mais non, même chose pour les autres chambres, j’ai demandé à la réception et la personne m’a dit que s’était certainement un oubli (sur plusieurs chambres!!!) que le service passerait corriger le tout, ce qui n’est jamais arrivé, décevant!! »

« Cascades is better on the inside than it looks from the outside! There's a courtyard, grill, tables. There is an older smell in the lobby, but that doesn't carry out throughout the building. There's continental breakfast. The rooms are "homey." The fixtures are older, but everything works just fine. The temperature was great in the room, beds are super comfortable. There was an extra blanket. Everything was clean, no bugs! »

« I can’t believe I’ve never stayed here before after coming to Bloomington regularly for 30 years! I picked it because I thought it would be great for a dog, (and it is!), but we got so much more comfort than expected! This is a gem of a find. Just hope it’s hidden enough to be vacant the next time I need a place in Bloomington. »

« Staff was friendly and helpful. The beds and pillows were comfortable. A/C was plenty cold. The bathroom was spotless. The free breakfast had plenty of options, including scrambled eggs, biscuits & gravy, waffles, toast, muffins, yogurt, cereals, coffee, and a variety of juices. The location was convenient, with a nearby gas station and grocery store, and not too far from downtown. I would stay here again. »
