"We stayed on our way home from Texas to Michigan and this was the perfect spot. Very easy to check in-lots of lighting even though we came after dark-which helped immensely. We hauled a small trailer and Shawn was very accommodating for parking. The homemade bread was a very warm welcome after being on the road all day and the whole cabin felt warm and homey. We were able to enjoy a cup of coffee on the porch before heading out, and being able to listen and walk around was a great way to start the last leg of our journey. We wish we could have stayed longer-and this will definitely be on our list for another trip to Missouri. "

"We had a lovely stay at Eagle's Nest Cabin. There were so many amenities from the cozy beds, recliners in the living room, a well stocked kitchen inside and great views with chairs around the fire pit and table and chairs on the patio. The walk to the river access and to the fire pit takes some strong legs, but worth every breath. The river was shallow enough to walk across and loved sitting in a lawn chair with our feet in the water. It was the perfect place to celebrate our 25th anniversary and close enough to Steelville to make a quick run to the grocery story and close to local floating options."

"Theresa was very responsive and check in and out was simple. The place is quite lovely and we enjoyed using the fireplace. It is high end Glamping, full kitchen with a place to sleep. We brought our own lawn chairs to enjoy the outdoors and amazing porch. It is very close to floating, lovely surroundings and quiet. The only thing that is needed is towel hooks on the porch or more in the bathroom or bedrooms for wet towels after floating. I will definitely stay here again in the future. "

"First time staying here and we had a great time. Will definitely be a new tradition. House was very clean and comfortable. Tons of room for each guest. The backyard patio, yard, and fire pit were perfect for hanging out, games, and dinners. Kitchen had everything you needed for dinners as well. The host is great too, responding immediately to any questions for check-in and during the stay with questions on the home. Will definitely be a repeat customer for the next float trip!"
