« We received our check in info in an easy-to-understand e-mail and found the door unlocked and the loft apartment lovely, welcoming, and cozy. There were comfortable sleeping accommodations for three of us and a full kitchen as well as laundry facility. The views off of the deck out back were beautiful and we wished the weather had been better so that we could have taken advantage of the table out there.
The only two drawbacks were the rather steep stairs which were a little hard on the oldest...

« Key failure was communication from the host.
First: the front door panel wouldn't let us into the building. When we messaged on arrival at 10:00 at night, they responded thay and the office were aware of the problem and to use the back door. Well why don't you tell your guests that before they get there?
Second: The boiler for the hot water broke Sunday. We had no hot water for showers Monday and Tuesday. The office messages all residents and the host that there was a hot water failure. The host...
