Tucked away in the charming North Norfolk village of Sedgeford, this beautifully refurbished brick and flint cottage offers the perfect countryside escape. Just a short walk from the welcoming village pub and a brief drive to the stunning North Norfolk coastline, it’s ideally located to explore the area’s award-winning sandy beaches, nature reserves, and scenic surroundings  
  
Refurbished in 2025, the cottage blends traditional charm with contemporary comforts, creating a luxurious and relaxing holiday home. The open-plan layout downstairs is both sociable and inviting, ideal for spending quality time with family and friends. Upstairs, you’ll find two delightful bedrooms designed for a restful night’s sleep. Step outside into the fully enclosed back garden, a sunny, lawned space perfect for relaxing with a morning coffee or evening drink. It’s also a safe and secure spot for children and pets to play freely.  
  
From the doorstep, enjoy excellent walking routes that link directly to the Norfolk Coast Path and other countryside trails, making it a paradise for nature lovers and keen walkers. Venturing out, you will discover a string of pretty coastal towns and villages offering a variety of habitats, including wide sandy beaches, marshes, and quays. Nearby Hunstanton, 10 minutes’ drive, with sandy beach, traditional seaside fun and amusements, Sealife Centre, seasonal boat trips to visit the basking seal colony, plenty of eateries to suit all tastes and budgets. Heading east, you will pass through local beauty spots like Burnham-overy-Staithe, Brancaster, Holkham, and Wells-next-the-Sea, with its picturesque quay offering plenty of eateries to enjoy, why not take a stroll, or if you prefer jump on the electric bus taking you to the wide sandy beach adorned with pretty painted beach huts. Further along, you can enjoy crabbing on Blakeney Quay.  
  
History buffs will appreciate visits to the Sandringham and Holkham Estates and exploring the Hanseatic Quarter of Old Kings Lynn. Bird watchers will enjoy trips to Brancaster, Titchwell, and Cley, while wildlife enthusiasts can embark on a deer safari in nearby Snettisham.
