« I had called down to the front desk asking for bedding to the pull out couch. When the lady at the front desk told me she was too busy to bring the bedding up to us that we would have to come down and get it ourselves. Went down as soon as we got off the phone. There were no in the lobby and no one at the front desk. After waiting almost 5 minutes the lady finally came in from outside. "Oh are you needing bedding?" Not very good customer service and then making us come down to get bedding...

« The room was clean. We reserved a room with a king size bed but didn't get a king. We were told overbooked but only 2 other vehicles in the parking lot. The man at the desk refunded us $5. The bathroom walls were not painted. Looked like they had painted the ceiling and never finished the walls. Over an ok experience. Friendly staff. »
