"We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Me and my best friend each brought our two teenage kids to stay for a week! The layout and space is incredible. The view off the deck is amazing. We Bbq’d a couple of nights out back and the kids had a blast in the courtyard. The host is the best and will help out with anything needed. "

"The villa was a huge hit for our multi-generational family getaway. The kids especially loved the pool which kept them occupied while we enjoyed visiting on the beautifully appointed patio. The beach, steps from our front door, was spectacular. Great for swimming, lingering, or swinging on the bench swing. It was a short walk down the beach to the beautiful Humacao Nature Reserve. The House is extremely well appointed. The kitchen has everything you might need. Beds are very comfortable, showers work well, etc. The roof deck is a spectacular place to dine at the end of the day, enjoying the sunset.Punta Santiago is close to everything and yet very peaceful and pristine. We visited Old San Juan, Luquillo Beach, El Yunque, and many other beautiful places from our wonderful home base. Arturo is a fabulous host and extremely responsive. Highly recommended! "

"Our stay at Villa Del Mar was wonderful! Arturo thought of everything. The property was extremely clean and well appointed with wonderful linens, towels, coffee makers, toys/chairs for the beach…everything we needed. It was a fabulous surprise that the property was right next to a nature preserve, so we did lots of hiking and walking. My kids enjoyed exploring the area. The house is only about a 10 minute drive from Walmart and other grocery stores. The property was extremely safe, being in a gated community. I would highly recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing beach stay! "

"This was a great house for our trip. We went with extended family, older adults, adults with no kids and family with kids. It was great for our stay. One of the adult rooms was a little small so we used the extra space in the kids room for storage. The pool was nice (one of the lights was broke) but it was a great size for our group and was really nice for our younger guy who was a little overwhelmed by the beach. The beach was 2-3 minutes to walk. It wasn't a crystal clear pristine beach but it was really calm and you could do everything you wanted and it wasn't busy. The house was really well stocked with kitchen equipment, outdoor toys and bedding/towels. Some homes in the neighborhood were still being rebuilt but everything felt safe. "

"This was the perfect get-away for my husband and I to take our two daughters and their families. The five bedrooms was just what we needed, especially with the big bunks in two of the rooms. We liked having three bathrooms; the showers were great, and the outdoor shower was good for coming in from the each. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. We appreciated all the games for the kiddos. The outdoor area was nice and big; the pool sealed the deal, and the kids appreciated the floats, etc. We appreciated having a washer and dryer. This property gave us the chance to come together but still give us the room to have our own space when we wanted it. It was the perfect vacation. We especially liked being able to walk to the beach and enjoy the sunrises. We would highly recommend this property."

"The Zara Del Mar home was beautiful. We definitely enjoy the view of the beach from the sunroom every morning with a cup of coffee. Everything was clean and beautiful. The host was always in communication with us and made sure to check in on us. The house had lots of amenities, beach chairs, coolers etc. The shower was great with plenty of hot water. I would definitely be returning in the never future."
