"The place was good for the price,but the house is not that clean,,,when we arrived in we found dirty clothes at the room,and by the wall floors are dusty it seems like they cleaned just around,the beach is about a little more of quarter of mile walking exactly .34 mile."

"While the condo itself was great.... I was not expecting that there would be no actual beach for us to use. The property was advertised as ocean front. While this is true, there is not a usable area of beach due to beach erosion. I specifically picked an ocean front condo to make it easy to get down to the beach from our room.
