« Hôtel de localisation exceptionnelle pour visiter la partie Est des Dolomites en été. Hall très accueillant, chambre ultra spacieuse très bien conçue. Matelas très confortable. Calme, même si l’hôtel est très proche de la route (très bon triple vitrage, demander une chambre sur la piscine ou le parking si possible). Spa incroyable. La restauration est très bien organisée: chaque chambre a sa table, en fonction du profil (grandes salles pour familles avec jeunes enfants, autre salle pour groupe...

« Accueil très froid. Les chambres sont vieillissantes (meubles non entretenus, pas de climatisation, pas de réfrigérateur,...) Toiles d'araignée au plafond, plus de savon dans le distributeur de douche, papier toilette rationné. Lit confortable. Petit déjeuner avec peu de choix et peu approvisionné vers la fin du service : il faut y aller tôt. Café très bon. Service au bar très froid.... Incroyable quand on se base sur la convivialité de la région....tout le monde ne l'applique pas. Espace spa...

« Appartement bien situé pour visiter le Grossglockner en téléphérique. Belle piscine intérieure et extérieure avec solarium. Dans l’appartement le sofa convertible n’est pas du tout confortable pour dormir. L’accès au balcon n’est pas pratique avec la porte qui est bloquée par le lit. Accueil correct à la réception mais manque d’information sur la localisation de l’appartement et du parking dédié. »

« Das Hotel war sauber, das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit und es gab ein leckeres Frühstücksbuffet . Das einzige was ich zu bemängeln habe, ich habe nach einem Hotel mit Lademöglichkeit für Auto gesucht und laut Ausschreibung hier gefunden, jedoch hat das Hotel keine Möglichkeit, sondern ein kleines Stück weiter im Ort sind öffentliche Ladesäulen. Das sollte anders sein. Sonst war alles gut. »

« Friendly, helpful staff and lovely hotel in a good location. We received a family room which was good with separate bunk beds, making it more spacious than having a sofa bed. The beds were super comfortable. Breakfast was really good. Lots of selection, fresh and tasty and they kept replenishing it. The only drawback was it was quite stuffy in the room and leaving the window open meant early morning noise from the business below. They did supply us with a fan on request though that made for a...

« Accueil peu souriant, pas d'aide pour monter nos valises alors qu'il y a plusieurs marches à l'entrée de l'hôtel. Un frigo est présent dans la chambre, mais la réceptionniste nous signale que nous ne pouvons pas l'utiliser et que nous devons aller boire au bar de l'hôtel. Nous le savions mais l'hôtel n'a pas de climatisation et il faisait très chaud ; heureusement, il y avait un ventilateur mais nous avons passé une très mauvaise nuit. Et enfin, le garage est éloigné de l'hôtel, sans aide pour y...
