The staff was very welcoming and, even though there was a bit of a language barrier, they always did their best to accommodate our needs. The property itself was well kept and spotless — our room was tidy, fresh, and exceptionally clean. We especially loved having a balcony overlooking the mountains, which made the stay feel extra special. The included breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the staff was kind and helpful throughout our visit. One thing to note is that the hotel is about a 45–60 minute walk from the train station. If you’re traveling with luggage, it’s definitely best to take a taxi, which costs around 200 NTD. Poor #### Po Jen Aug 23, 2022 Disliked: Staff & service #### 很糟糕的體驗 1.房間內沒有冰箱，這麼熱的天氣沒辦法冰飲料，問民宿可否則提供冰塊，民宿回答外面便利商店有賣 2.民宿網頁介紹有很多設備空間可使用，也是因為這點訂此民宿，結果現場想使用，卻被告知要收清潔費，在事前完全沒有告知
