Luckily we were on the 3rd floor as 1 elevator was out of service and the other one was having problems. Other than that the room and everything was good.

Very satisfied with 2 nights at this property. ALL staff members encountered were professional, helpful and friendly. Problem with 1st room (broken TV) managed by moving us to another room- without hesitation. Breakfast was good with multiple choices and attendant did an excellent job. Stayed here while visiting NASA; easy to get there as well as multiple restaurants in area.

great hotel. half way between houston and galveston. near nasa and kemah. conveniently located and near to lots of shopping and restaurants. safe, good food choices and clean.

Superb
This is one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed at in a long time. The rooms are very well designed especially for people who are traveling together. it was clean, friendly and very centrally located. We did not have a vehicle the night we stayed there and were easily able to walk to a restaurant for dinner and could have it gone to a movie had we wanted to. If I’m in that area ever again, I will definitely stay there.

Fantastic Staff!
The gentleman that checked us in was absolutely wonderful! We got in very late because of our flight, and he went above and beyond to make sure we did not feel rushed to check out the next day. He also made sure my elderly disabled mother was in a room that she felt comfortable in, and was in a good location for her. I wish I got his name; but he was awesome! Will definitely come again!

Amazing location. Close enough to Kemah Boardwalk and Galveston Beach so you enjoy both amazing spots. But also far away where you are not dealing with Houston traffic. Room was beautiful and spacious. Felt like we were still at home.

The front desk was very polite cordial and helpful. The room was clean and well prepared to accommodate a family of six. Best overnight stay I’ve experienced in a long time. Would definitely recommend this location.

This hotel is an excellent value. The place was clean and well maintained, safe, and the staff was great. The beds were very comfortable and the saltwater pool was refreshing. I will absolutely stay here again.
