That’s right! Two homes in one booking! Bring your family or friends! Each side of the duplex has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms! Adorned with luxe & modern decor, the two homes combined, can sleep up to 18 guests… is equipped with all of the essentials you’ll need for a great stay! The neighborhood offers easy access to downtown. Plus, there are plenty of restaurants, bars, & entertainment nearby!

Our standard check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. We do our best to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs based on availability, although we cannot guarantee them.  
  
Please note, late check-outs beyond the standard time will incur an additional fee of $25 per hour. This fee is necessary to facilitate arrangements with our cleaning team to ensure each guest enjoys a fresh and welcoming environment.
