Step outside to your private above-ground pool, ideal for cooling off on warm days and creating fun memories with friends and family. The fenced yard provides a peaceful and secure space to lounge, grill, and enjoy the sunshine. A highlight of the property is the spacious private yard, which offers outdoor room for children to play, morning coffee on the patio, or fresh air after a day spent exploring Houston. It provides an additional area to relax and enjoy the privacy of a single-family home. Whether you are in Houston for business, a family visit, or a weekend getaway, this home offers a comfortable and stylish place to stay. Door code is sent before check-in. The garage & some closets are locked maintenance storage areas. We have a front desk team that is available from 9AM-10PM. Feel free to message us or call us at the # provided. ✔ Ring cameras are outside & noise-aware sensors are inside and out back. ✔ Our home is pet friendly with a pet fee of $30/night for 1st pet and $20/night for each additional pet. ✔ Credit Card processing fees are non-refundable. (depending on the platform). ✔ Guests below 25 years old may require approval and additional $500 security deposit. ✔ Welcome call and Signed rental agreement with ID are required. Rules are enforced including no parties, quiet hours, no smoking inside the house, and no illegal activities. NOTE: We have Professional pool service twice a week Tuesday & Friday and Yard service once a week. The schedule may vary without notice. If chemicals are added, guests may need to pause swimming temporarily. Leaves or debris may still blow in after cleaning, so a skimmer is available for guest use. This does not affect the pool\`s usability. These are the 5 important points from our rental agreement. 1) The house is in a quiet neighborhood, parties are strictly not allowed, and quiet hours from 10PM to 7AM. 2) Guest count includes visitors and overnight guests. With accurate input, your quote already includes $25/ per guest per night after the 10th guest. If the guest count increases, fees may apply. NOTE: $100 penalty for each unauthorized guest. 3) There is a strict NO SMOKING POLICY inside the house. We have Smoking outpost outside where guests can smoke. 4) For full disclosure: We have RING cameras outside, and noise-aware sensors inside and outside. For guest privacy, there are no recording or monitoring devices inside the home. 5) Signed rental agreement. welcome call & ID are required.
