Staff was decent. Not super friendly but I wasn’t expecting top tier service. The room is AMAZING for what it’s worth. Having access to smoking rooms in these days is so rare and the room has a very clean and modern feel.

Check-in took 15 minutes. Paid $10 for extra guest (a 6 year old. Lolz) they didn't bother to provide extra bed or towel or any accessories. Body lotion was half filled in the toilet. They didn't bother putting toilet roll in the toilet roll holder, which was lying down. Tissue quality was poor. Lastly they didn't have iron in the room. Hope this was one off incident. Otherwise a hotel with 8/10 rating could and should have done better.

Close to Everything!
Was able to have late check in and check out with no issues or extra charges. Renovated bath & flooring. It was convenient to have the kitchenette, microwave & mini-fridge.

The staff was very friendly. The shower is really nice with spouts from the ceiling and walls. Only had smoking rooms available. The floors were dirty and the blanket had cigarette burns in it. There was something left in the fridge. I could hear all the noise outside, but it was New Years and there's a fireworks stand next to it. That's not really their fault. The price was a bargain, though.
