Seemed like a revitalization effort being done (which is great but not finished). We showed up to the house being for sale but the management company assured us that would not be a problem even though they didn’t even know it was for sale. They finally were able to get in touch with the realtor for the lockbox code and we got inside. It smelled like animals and the smoke detectors were completely gone. THANKFULLY, I was able to cancel and get a full refund and the management company was fairly helpful.
