This property is just minutes from Hobby Airport, and they have a shuttle that runs every 15 minutes. Our shuttle driver wasn't very friendly, but I was grateful that they have a shuttle. The rooms are spacious and clean. We ate at the bar twice and had breakfast in the restaurant, once and it was all delicious. I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

Hotel and rooms very nice. Limited dining around area, but we knew that in advance. They are working on resealing parking lot, but wasn’t an issue. They could beautify the exterior grounds.

We had to stay overnight in Houston due to flight delays and missed connecting flight. We could not get our luggage from Southwest and we had nothing but the clothes on our backs and purses. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The hotel and staff were just what we needed after such a horrid day.

Do better double tree
The elevator was broken and never coneyed to me ahead of time or when i checked in. It was only made known to me as i was waiting for an elevator that didnt show up and a guy motioned for me to follow him to the back service elevator which was dirty and worn down. When i arrived in my room the surfaces of the counter tope were smudged and the the bed cover felt dingey. When i attempted to go down stairs (from the fifth floor the elevator did not work, even though that is what the first guy who told me to use the service elevator had said, which was strange to me. I ended up going down one sketchy darkened stairwell that lead outside and upon entry i was told that all i needed to do was use the service elevator, even though the door to the back hallway was locked and for staff only. In the morning i walked to where there was a restaurant and specifically asked the woman behind the counter, whom seemed surprised to see anyone, if the breakfast was complimentary. The woman responded with a firm yes, and told another woman i was in the area incase i needed anything. I thought that was nice. I then proceeded to serve myself from the presented buffet and was asked what i wanted to drink. The second woman had brought me a sprite and a straw. I prayed, and proceeded to eat some bacon, scrambled eggs and a biscuit and a few grapes and cantelope slices. As i was nearing the end of my small breakfast, i was presented with a bill for roughly $18. I told the front desk who comped it.

I am glad to hear that the front desk made a good will gesture to comp your breakfast. Like all DoubleTrees, breakfast is not included in the rate, unless you choose a special rate that does. Our elite level Honors members also receive a Daily F&B Credit that could help offset the cost of breakfast.We wish you safe travels wherever they may take you.

Horrible experience
Booked through Hotels.com with points to stay upon arrival at Hobby Airport for 1 and departure the next week for 1 night. The elevator did not work so I had to climb 6 flights of stairs with a large suitcase and backpack. The room was not clean. The plumbing fixtures did not work properly. Do not stay here. This hotel ids definitely NOT worth it at any price. Canceling for next week.

We had a staff member taking guests up to their floor via the service elevator. We arrived on Christmas day. The young lady and the courtesy driver were very helpful. We had planned to eat in the attached restaurant, but it was closed. For convenience; it's as close to Hobby airport as it could be.

Not bad for 1 night
This must be an older hotel. Not the usual Hilton experience..... the walk from the front desk to get to the elevators pulling. bags across the carpet was dreadful. My room was comfortable and clean, The cookie you get at registration was the best I've ever had :)

Property was ok. There was absolutely nothing around…no restaurants or shopping. We had to drive about 20 minutes. It was older and needed some repairs. We had no housekeeping while we were there and there was no communication about this. There were signs everywhere about a no smoking policy but it wasn’t enforced. That made the stay less pleasant.

So close to the airport and they have their own shuttle leaves every 15 minutes. Clean above average suites, massive insuite tv. Comfortable king bed and a great shower. Id stay here again.

Our bathroom tub was dirty with black stains in the floor of the tub. The front desk was kind to move us into another room, that bathroom tub had hair inside. Also, the bathroom tub backed up every time we showered.

Convenient free airport shuttle!! Very clean!! Friendly staff!! With an excellent buffet!! Nice size pool!! Stayed here before our cruise the next day and will stay here again!! Only negative was, I asked for a wake up call since the wake-up option through the phone was not working and my cell phone was dead…. and they never woke me up!! I overslept!!
