Bonus cabinette cottage in the back that allows for more guest to stay. The porch also has a twin bed for naps or a good nights rest. Fully restored in 2020 it has some beautiful oak beams from an early 1700s vineyard out of Worcester , Massachusetts. The cottage is just a very unique nice place to stay and get away. It has a nice covered porch that has windows that open up to allow for breezes to flow through. We referred to their email of recommendations for local restaurants several times during our stay. They provided all necessary information up front and there wasn’t one thing we had to wonder about or go searching for. We loved their kind and hospitable check-out “suggestions” compared to so many other hosts who post obnoxious large print signage stating “you must….” etc. it truly made us feel more like guests and gave us a sense of their appreciation for our reservation. The cabin was very comfortable and surprisingly spacious for the square footage. It was very nice for keeping two kids under 5 from feeling too restricted. We were easily able to prepare snacks and meals, everything we needed was there. We enjoyed quiet mornings with coffee, peaceful evenings by the fire pit, and restful nights in such a comfortable setting. It’s the perfect spot to relax, recharge, and enjoy a slower pace. Very close to everything we wanted to do (magic springs, pirate golf, downtown Hot Springs) There were 5 of us and plenty of places to sleep. Even has a mini house that is so cute and fully stocked! We were fortunate to meet Brian when we arrived, so we’re able to have a chat and get to know our host! The cottage is close to the lake as well as Hot Springs itself, so venturing out and about is easy. Do try the Superior Baths Tap Room - they brew craft beer on site with the spring water and the food was super! ##### Sarah C. We loved the options for sleeping - including the little cottage in the backyard. This was the perfect base for our exploring Hot Springs. It was close to everything, while not being right in the middle of it all. Would happily choose to stay here again if we had the chance.
